Professional Background

Caroline started her career in Business Development and Marketing working for HMV in Germany before she moved to London in 2000. She has built and grown online and offline operations and was heading up hmv.com up until 2015. Prior to joining Azorra on a full-time basis, Caroline was advising clients on their strategic and business development initiatives and also making the most of the five languages she speaks to provide translation services for French and German collecting societies.

Caroline has spent her career with some of the biggest names in the music industry including Virgin, HMV and Vivendi. She has launched and grown new businesses including ticketing and box office platforms, e-commerce and editorial operations.

Caroline is passionate about turning ideas into reality and implementing the processes, systems and tech solutions to help fast growing businesses expand and thrive.
