Professional Background

Karina qualified as a Solicitor in 2012 and started her career working in insurance and commercial litigation at DWF. Seeking a new perspective, in 2017 Karina said goodbye to firm life to pursue a career working in-house as a commercial lawyer for a group of entertainment companies and has never looked back. Karina joined Azorra in 2021 and since then has helped clients to navigate and achieve successful outcomes on a wide range of commercial and insurance matters.

Karina has worked in and amongst various businesses in the entertainment sector including international festivals, venues, promoters, operators and brands. Karina’s blend of expertise in insurance and commercial law, combined with her in-depth industry knowledge and pragmatic approach, are an invaluable asset for negotiating commercial contracts and minimising clients’ risk exposure. She is passionate about entertainment and her clients commend her hands-on approach.
